We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase online. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return the item within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and restocking fees. Any unused, re-sellable merchandise in original condition and in their original boxes or packages may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the order date. The returned item must be in the original box with all paperwork. We will refund the product price only. Outbound shipping costs will not be refunded. Orders that received discounted or free shipping will be charged for initial shipping cost.
WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
Do not refuse delivery for minor damage.
If a package is damaged, check the contents for damage before refusing delivery. If damage appears to be minor, and only a few items need to be replaced, we recommend accepting the shipment (or at least any undamaged packages) after making note of damages on delivery receipt. Doing this will speed up the replacement process in many cases because parts can be shipped sooner and faster delivery methods can be used.
Inventory the shipment.
Check the number of boxes received against the number shown on the driver’s delivery sheet. If there is a shortage, write the number of missing boxes on your copy and the driver’s copy of the receipt, and have the driver sign both copies.

STEPS FOR CANCELING AN ORDER
Contact our customer service staff toll free at 1-866-448-8219 to request a cancellation.
To cancel your order, include your order number, name, billing address, and items ordered.
We’ll acknowledge your request upon receipt and let you know as soon as possible if we were successful in canceling an order that has not yet entered our shipping department or is on backorder.
Note: Orders that are already in the shipping system cannot usually be canceled although we will make every attempt to do so at your request. The cancellation process is costly to us, so once an order has been sent to our shipping department, or transmitted to a vendor for shipment, there will be a cancellation fee of 5% of your order total if we are able to cancel your order.
STEPS FOR MAKING A RETURN
Identify your original sales order number and have it on hand when you call our customer service department.
Obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Contact our customer service staff toll free at 1-866-448-8219 to request an RMA.
Once you receive your RMA you can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement.
Place this RMA number on the outside of your package(s) in a visible place. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Please include with your packages the return merchandise form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Indicate a reason for the return and the action you would like taken, such as replacement or refund. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice and keep one for your records.
RETURN MERCHANDISE CHARGES AND FEES
Shipping charges are not refundable, and COD packages are not accepted.
You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse plus a 15% restocking fee.
Any discounts given will be subtracted from returned merchandise refunds.
